Shipping / Refund

Orders Shipped within 3-5 days unless otherwise requested and or stated. Overnight and express shipping is available at checkout. Same day shipping is available on orders that qualify for free shipping if requested in the notes. 

All orders arrive are given 7-10 days to arrive due to post office shipping delays. However, our fulfillment department works very hard to get order orders out as quickly as possible.

Refunds

 Exchange/Store Credit only

In place of refunds we do issue a store credit on qualifying returns. If an item is not the correct size it can be returned and exchanged for the same or a similar item of the  same price. A store credit will be issued for acceptable returned items if the buyer prefers this option instead. Qualifying returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt or they will not be accepted (unworn, unwashed, no tears, no odors ,holes, stains etc. On some items all sales are final such as lingerie, pantyhose, hats, wigs and weaves.
